A video game is an electronic game that involves human interaction with a user interface to generate visual feedback on a video device. There are thousands of video game companies out there.

Steriotopic Media

Media has a great effect on people mostly kids and teens, I think the "mook"(a stereotypically crude male) is a real thing but it dose not apply to all guys, and the "midriff"(a girl seen as a sex symbol) Maybe, but it dose not apply to all girls. I don't know any "mooks" or "midriffs" and I think some people are getting influenced by MTV and other stuff like that. In my opinion on how to be cool is just be yourself. You don't need to copy media just to act cool.

My reaction to the video was "Why?" I think some teenagers are getting too much into that and not thinking about their own life. In my opinion this dose not surprise me because its been the same for years and its not changing.

I agree with this quote because it seems like companies are advertising their products in a "cool" way just so they can take our money.

I think its kinda over exaggerating to compare it with the British vs. Africa but that's just me.

                                                  Why is Media So Important?

Media is important because if you didn't have a phone how would you keep in touch with everyone?
Some people cant live without media or technology. And if you need instructions on something, isn't instructional videos easier than instructional booklets? If you don't like technology its impossible to end it, the whole world is using technology, you cant do anything about it.

Technology gives everyone more freedom, an example is video games, video games give us entertainment and fun, and for the young kids who cant even leave the front of their house a cell phone can give you the ability to keep in touch with your parents no matter where you are!
